01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 99bat ("the Platform", "we", "us"). 03 Account Registration

To access the full features of 99bat, you must create a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method.

You are permitted to hold only one account on 99bat. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are prohibited. If you have accidentally created a second account, you must contact 99bat support immediately to have it closed. Failure to do so may result in both accounts being suspended and all balances being forfeited.

04 Deposits and Payments

99bat accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your 99bat wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though 99bat may apply limits to specific accounts as part of responsible gaming measures or fraud prevention procedures.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are strictly prohibited.

05 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There are no fees charged by 99bat on withdrawals. Before your first withdrawal is processed, 99bat may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

99bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months.
